Futong Chemical Co.,Ltd was founded in October.2004, locates in Gaoyong Industrial Park , a phosphorus chemical industry company specialized in production of phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, organic phosphorus flame retardants  Tcpp,Tep.

Futong Chemical has achieved ISO9001,ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 quality system, fully registered REACH for Tcpp and Tep,  awarded “advanced unit  in national Standardization work in the chlor-alkali industry” Superior enterprises of “Shen Hua Cup” held by Administration of work safety, quality management award of Taizhou, also participated in drafting industry standard of Phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride. As a council member of Phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride, it enjoys high reputation in the Phosphorus chemical industry. 

In order to achieve long-term development, Futong Chemical was acquired by Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd in 2015, a flagship of Phosphorus chemical industry (stock code  600141). Hubei Xingfa becomes the largest shareholder of  Futong Chemical by 45% share. The acquization leads to a better development of Futong Chemical.

Hubei Xingfa will keep bringing higher additional value, high technology and low-carbon green projects to forge Futong Chemical into the production base of Phosphorus chemical series products including phosphorus flame retardants Tcpp and Tep.
